We will send a text message to the number you have on file the evening before your scheduled delivery day around 4 pm with an estimated delivery window and a link to track your driver in real-time the next day.
We will also send a text message when the driver is approximately 15 minutes away from your home and one last text with a POD photo once we've stopped by.
